1 Processing Order

Start by filling out the online Brochure Design Brief. This information helps us begin designing
your personalized brochure. The more you tell us, the better we understand your marketing goals, and the image you want to project with your new visual identity, and so the better we

When you complete the order form, we will contact you for a 50% down payment, which you can pay by credit card or cheque. When we receive your order and payment, we'll send you

this point. Now we are ready to begin designing your brochure.

2 Initial Designs

Your first design concept will arrive within 3 business days following your order payment
of 50%. All that time our designers will research your market and competition, have creative discussions and brainstorms, and sketch 2 preliminary designs of your brochure.
The designs will be approved by an art director and sent to the email address specified in
your application as a pdf for you to view.

Evaluating the drafts is an important step in the design process, so please take the time you need to do so.

3 Brochure Revision

Please don't hesitate to request any changes at this point. Furthermore, the initial designs may inspire new ideas for you, and lead to a change of the design direction. We will be
happy to revise the brochure the way you think it will make maximum impact on your clients. There are no extra charges for brochure revisions.

4 Approval

When you give us your approval of completion of project, we will send you an extensive set
of standard graphic formats of your new brochure. This set includes files for your local printer and any collabraration with your printer will be welcomed in order for you to have a hassle
free job. At this point you will receive an invoice for the final balance.
If you need any other formats we will prepare and deliver them at no extra charge.
